Our Approach to Data Security, Cookies and Account Control

Account Verification

We ask for your legal name, date of birth and phone number at signup. These are verified against your chosen payment method. We do not share this data with third parties except where required by local financial regulation or law enforcement.

Payment Data Protection

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS details are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store your PIN or password. Payment tokens are refreshed on each transaction and expire after 90 days of inactivity.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which game pages you visit most. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Data Retention Timeline

Transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet financial reporting obligations. Account profile data (name, contact, verification documents) is deleted 2 years after account closure, unless a dispute is active.

Your Data Rights

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion where permitted by law. Submit requests via Settings > Account & Legal or email [email protected].

Dispute and Chargeback

If you dispute a transaction, we retain full transaction and chat logs for investigation. Chargebacks through your bank are reviewed within 5 business days. Contact our support team immediately if you notice unauthorized activity.

What You Should Know About Your Account and Our Policies

Your account remains active and your wallet balance is preserved. We do not expire inactive accounts. However, if we cannot contact you about a mandatory compliance update, we may temporarily restrict withdrawals until you respond to our email or in-app notification.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account & Legal and click 'Download My Data'. You will receive an encrypted file within 7 business days containing your profile, transaction history and all documents we hold. Where local law permits, you can also request deletion of specific data points.

No. We store only a tokenized reference to your payment method. Your actual bank or e-wallet credentials never touch our servers. Payments are processed through licensed partner networks in Indonesia. You control your credentials through your own bank or e-wallet app.

You can close your account anytime via Settings > Account & Legal. Any remaining wallet balance is withdrawn to your verified payment method within 3-5 business days. We retain transaction records for 7 years for regulatory purposes, but your profile data is anonymized after 2 years.

All disputes are logged in your account's support ticket. We retain chat logs, game session data and payment records for 90 days after closure. Disputes are investigated within 5 business days. If arbitration is needed, the process depends on local law in your region.

We use session cookies (required to keep you logged in), analytics cookies (to see which games are used most) and payment cookies (to secure your transaction). You can disable analytics and payment cookies in your browser settings. Session cookies cannot be disabled without logging out.

Password recovery is sent via email to your registered address. You must also pass a two-step verification using your phone number or security question. Your account and wallet are frozen during recovery and cannot be accessed or withdrawn from until you complete the reset.
